Refund policy
BATH & BODY PRODUCTS- Unfortunately we will not be able to accept any returns or offer a refund for our bath and body products. These are personal items which cannot be sold again once they have left our store. If there is a problem with your order please contact us via the Contact page and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
CANDLES-May be returned for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. To return an item please email customer service at jerseybellebathandbody@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Approval. Please note customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
All returns are inspected for condition and a refund will be issued if the returned product is in new condition. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your return to process your return or exchange. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
For products that are damaged or defective, please contact customer service to arrange a refund or exchange.
